They seem to know what doing had doubts about the people they used to remove and reinstall solar water and electric. Not sure working correctly. It’s a messy process no matter. I really wish they did better job paying attention to cleaning up debris and nails. At ER right now went through shoe into foot. Next day red and warm went back to ER now have to be admitted due to infection. Watch them closely when clean up. Family still finding nails big and small and various roofing materials.

The roof repair had to be rescheduled several times due to recent hurricane threats. But, it finally was done. We’re happy with the results. The roofers explained what they were doing and took pictures before and after to show us the repairs. Deja was pleasant to work with during all of the rescheduling and Calvin was very thorough in his post job inspection- and also a good customer service representative.
Aloha Randy, Mahalo for your patience with all the hurricane related rescheduling. We’re so glad the repairs are complete and that you’re happy with the results! Our team works hard to keep homeowners informed, so it’s great to hear the explanations and photo updates were helpful. We also appreciate your kind words about Deja and Calvin! Mahalo again for trusting HI Point Roofing with your home. We’re here for you anytime!
