        Customer service started off good but definitely declined. The work itself seemed like it was done well. Customer service however is lacking, and receiving any follow ups with this company is extremely challenging. It has been over 4 months and I am still waiting for them to come back and complete the job. There has been numerous emails and calls to Hi Point to assist me with my issue and I am still waiting for a resolution.

        Nick Gomez our point man was excellent in answering all our questions and coordinating plumber, solar and electrician for our reroofing project. We got several bids and cost was reasonable. Front office gave us timely updates. Work crew was responsible and minimal inconvenience to neighbors.
