I am very pleased with my experience with Holenchik. Ali kept me informed of arrival and updated periodically during the work. He consistently asked if I had questions or concerns. When my roof was complete, he explained the contracted amount and add ons required (which were also explained would be determined during work at initial estimate). Ali and his crew arrived on time did walk around and explained what was going to happen and answered my questions. The crew worked like a well oiled machine till completion. Then did a cleanup of the work site. I also appreciated the communication and updates from the office staff throughout the entire project.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided. The workers were professional, courteous, and very hard working. Areas for improvement: 1) The scheduling between the roof and gutter installations could have been better coordinated. There was a one day gap between the two jobs. 2) Better communication about the scope of the job.
