Emily arrived on time to give us an estimate for a new roof, gutters and some minor repairs. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She welcomed and answered all our questions in detail. It was refreshing and a great pleasure to find a company that has actual people answering phones, who make prompt estimate appointments and gives the actual estimate at the end of the appointment.
