I was very pleased with how quickly Emily responded to my concerns about my roof. She showed up the next day, and when something needed to be fixed, Chris arrived within the half hour and completed the work. Both Emily and Chris delivered professionalism and efficiency, and although I’m not happy to need a new roof, I am comfortable moving forward and trust that Holencik exteriors will do a great job based on my interactions thus far.

Finished product came out very nice. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and checked in with me if I had any questions or concerns. Property was cleaned up every day.

Chris was thorough with an emphasis on explanation of what he was going to do, the reason he was doing doing it, and ensuring it was done. We can only hope that this time the "fix" will work in a strong rain storm. We are only disappointed that it took a number of visits to try, try again. Unfortunately, we now have to wait for a storm and video that it is working.

We also completely understand your disappointment that it took several visits to get to this point. While we always strive to identify and resolve an issue correctly on the first visit, some problems can require additional troubleshooting and adjustments, especially when the true test comes during a strong rainstorm.
