They are not good with communicating. We paid a fee for them to come out and look at the house. They created an estimate and since we couldn't afford it, they directed us to their loan servicing company. We did all of that and got approved. Both the loan company and Holencik know the situation.
It's been weeks. So far, it's been a waste of a credit check, loan application and whatever that fee was we paid for them to come out here.
