UPDATE: Bob came out and inspected the side of the house that was leaking. He removed pieces of siding etc. and couldn't find the leak, so Bob came back with another guy and completely redid the side of the house with the leak. They took off all of the siding, Tyvek, window wrap, etc. and REDID IT ALL free of charge. They even added Kingspan GreenGuard as an extra barrier between the house and siding.
