Came out to inspect ‘soft spots’ on roof. Inspected inside and out and found no damage. Honest, friendly and very informative as to why the roof had ‘give’.

Brandon was able to come early, was very calm around the dog, didn’t give up when the roof flashing did not cause the wind/rain damage, went up in the attic, and eventually found the problem behind the siding, wall flashing on the top floor. Very thorough and professional.
