Holencik was recommended by a coworker who hired them to do work. He was told that owner came to talk about new roof options and that they offer 50 year warranty shingles. I called Holencik and said I have a few areas of concern and was thinking about replacing my roof. They said they would inspect my roof for $59 and we would discuss options. Edward, I am sorry about what has happened. It sounds like there was some miscommunication with our after hours answering service. I just left you a voice mail. If you are interested in a roof replacement you should not have been charged the service fee. The answering service thought it was a roof repair. Please call the office to discuss the refund for the service fee. 610-262-0919.
