Today is Wed, Sept 18 a day in which I had an appointment at 4pm for a proposal for downspout replacement on my home. On July 22, I called and made that appointment. I could not get an appointment sooner than that date. I did not receive a confirmation call being that it was 8 weeks since the appointment was made. I called in the morning of the 18th to confirm and NO RECORD of that appointment was on the schedule. NO apology, NO explanation. I did request a courtesy call. Still waiting. Holencik... Read more
