I don't want to take away anything from the quality of the work or how outstanding the crew was that did the siding on my mother's house. They were excellent! We couldn't have been happier with that. The problem we had was that we thought when we went outside with the person doing the estimate, physically pointing out the problem areas we wanted repaired, and went over everything we wanted done, we were specific and understood.
