Tyler came to check out my roof/attic fan that had been installed with roof 30+ years ago. He crawled through the attic, took pictures, went outside and up on the roof where he took pictures of decayed boots around bathroom vent pipes, replaced the decayed boots, inspected the shingles, showed me specific examples of worn shingles, and took pictures of flashing around chimney and siding.
