Did my homework. Holencik were not the highest or the lowest bid. I had roof damage from squirrels and a bad contractor in the past. Roof was 27 years old , siding was falling off, again due to poor installation. From the first meeting to the final day, communication was excellent. Holencik Exteriors did a wonderful job putting new roof on my house. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. They took great care to protect my house and landscape when tearing the roof off and cleaned the yard up so that it was free of any roofing materials. I highly recommend Holencik Exteriors.

Great from start to finish. Ryan explained all the issues he found during the initial inspection. Peter answered all my questions during the sales process. Chrissie helped me assemble all the documents I needed for my HOA, and answered my financing questions. Ali and the roofing crew showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned everything up in time for dinner. I'm confident if I have any questions or issues in the future they will be handled with the same service and professionalism.
