I did not have them install a new skylight when I had the roof replaced. They made it clear that skylight leaks are not guaranteed. When doing the roof replacement they did install all new flashing on the skylight. After the first rain the skylight leaked, I called and someone came out the caulked the skylight around the glass. Randy, We are sorry for the miscommunication on the process to come back and look at an issue for your skylight. There should have been a better explaination of what the process is for when someone chooses not to replace their skylight when they are getting a new roof. Our process on a matter such as this is to come back out to see if the skylight was leaking because of our workmanship. If that is the case we would take care of the issue. After speaking to you about this it sounds like everything has been taken care of the sitution is now to your satisfaction.
