Did my homework. Holencik were not the highest or the lowest bid. I had roof damage from squirrels and a bad contractor in the past. Roof was 27 years old , siding was falling off, again due to poor installation. From the first meeting to the final day, communication was excellent. Workers showed up on time, even worked or finished up in the rain. They always cleaned up the property at the end of each day. I am extremely pleased with the work done, the price and the guarantee. I hired Holencik Exteriors to install a new roof on my house and replace my gutters and soffit. The replacement specialist recommended the color for my new roof and I couldn't be more happier with the end results --it really improved the overall look of my house and blends very well with the other exterior. They did an outstanding job with the installation of my new roof and paid great attention to detail with my gutters and soffit. They cleaned up nice after the job and I was also provided wi...
