The team of around 12 showed up exactly on time and finished the whole roof replacement in one day. The price was a little under my initial research, and only had a small increase from their initial estimate due to rot damage on the roof that could not be seen during their initial inspection. The equipment they used, like 2 small dumpsters on hydraulic lifts, made the work go fast while creating less mess. We received a total roof replacement from Holencik Exteriors. And it was a big job! Ali Elenani, the man running the show was great to work with. A very pleasant and up front, honest person. His total crew, in very unfriendly winds and temperatures worked their asses off! I don't even know if they stopped for lunch. (but working sun-up to sundown, I have to assume they did).
