I am pleased to report that Holencik responded very quickly and professionally to my request to check an area on my roof ( that was installed by them several years prior) and repaired an area that at times would allow the drywall to get soft. We have since had enormous hard rainstorms and there has been no signs of water penetration at all. There were no charges submitted to me from Holencik for the repairs as they were under warranty.
