Prior to the roofing and siding we had great guidance from Emily. We asked for many variations. Animated looks were provided assisting us in finalizing our decision on what we wanted and the change in colors we we looking for. Once the installation started, the roofing and siding project managers kept us informed on every aspect of the installation. Any challenge was handled quickly and professionally. Called for an estimate. Company is literally in my back yard basically. High reviews. Was answered by a nice woman who greeted me and asked what they could do to make me smile today. I asked about getting an estimate to replace the roof on a small outdoor shed of mine. Probably a simple quick job for someone of their caliber. Tyler came to check out my roof/attic fan that had been installed with roof 30+ years ago. He crawled through the attic, took pictures, went outside and up on the roof where he took pictures of decayed boots around bathroom vent pipes, replaced the decayed boots, inspected the shingles, showed me specific examples of worn shingles, and took pictures of flashing around chimney and siding.
