I don’t recommend using them. The roofing crew doesn’t speak English so you can’t tell them your concerns. I called and the owner didn’t return call. Called a few times. Problems were not resolved. Finally I got the owner to come out and see firsthand what was wrong. He agreed that the problems were there and would be resolved. I’m still not satisfied and won’t be until the next roofing is done. I’m still finding nails in the yard months later.
Richard, We are sorry that your project did not go as you would have liked. Yes we did make mistakes on some of the installation. We tried to correct the issues you were having after your first complaint about them. I then came out to meet with you to go over your areas of concern and make sure each one of them were addressed. Once we set up to do all the repairs that were needed and completed them we thought you were satisfied with all the work. We are sorry that you thought the roofing crew does not speak English. We have crew members that speak both Spanish and English.
