Holencik has replaced roofs on two different houses for me. Both projects were completed cleanly and professionally. They also identified (and successfully resolved) minor leakage and airflow issues within the attics.
They stand by their workmanship! Needed a roof but with snow it was difficult to have completed. They did a temporary fix until they could do the roof. The only estimate who offered and the roof was already leaking. Crew was fast and efficient. Clean up was less than to be desired, but they sent out someone to properly clean up the nails. Pre-job meeting and discussions about my new roof installation were very good, as was the quality of the materials they used.
However, there was a lack of supervision during the installation. Fortunately, I monitored the install and phoned their management at least three times when I spotted errors. Management then stopped by and instructed the work crew to make corrections. One worker did a poor job of cutting my mineral board siding to install flashing under it.
