Very professional and courteous. Pointed out areas in need of repair. Fixed a possible problem area on the spot. Set up another appointment for a roof replacement estimate.
Joe came to look at my roof and give me an estimate for replacement. He was on time, personable, and professional. He took the time to answer my questions. He spent time going over the proposals. I haven't decided yet if I will use them for my roof replacement, but their customer service is top-notch.
