Pre-job meeting and discussions about my new roof installation were very good, as was the quality of the materials they used. However, there was a lack of supervision during the installation. Fortunately, I monitored the install and phoned their management at least three times when I spotted errors. Management then stopped by and instructed the work crew to make corrections.
