Sadly, very disappointed.
I don’t recommend using them. The roofing crew doesn’t speak English so you can’t tell them your concerns. I called and the owner didn’t return call. Called a few times. Problems were not resolved. Finally I got the owner to come out and see firsthand what was wrong. He agreed that the problems were there and would be resolved. I’m still not satisfied and won’t be until the next roofing is done. I’m still finding nails in the yard months later.
Emily was great! She was very knowledgeable about the products, and very efficient with drafting a proposal for our roof. She didn’t miss any detail. Thanks again, Emily!
