Chris was thorough with an emphasis on explanation of what he was going to do, the reason he was doing doing it, and ensuring it was done. We can only hope that this time the "fix" will work in a strong rain storm. We are only disappointed that it took a number of visits to try, try again. Unfortunately, we now have to wait for a storm and video that it is working.
