Alex from home evolution have been great. They replaced my roof four years ago. Alex and his employees were on time and a great job cleaning up when they were done. And they even helped my wife back our out of the garage. A year after the job we had a ice dam. I called Alex and he was at my house a half hour later and helped me out. I would recommend Alex and home evolution to my friends and family. They do great work and have great coustomer service.
Alex came and gave us an estimate to replace our old aluminum siding and windows. We agreed on a reasonable price and scheduled the date. The guys arrived in the morning, called me 30 minutes prior to coming, did an awesome job with my siding and windows.
They did an excellent job. Would recommend 100%.
1. They have customers sign a pledge to write them five-star reviews before starting work.
2. They present a super high-pressure, high-stakes sale pitch where anything other than a decision to sign with them IMMEDIATELY costs you more money.
3. The price went up substantially during the job for an issue that I thought was included in the original estimate, but apparently was not.
4. My complaints were met with outright hostility (I was shouted at for questioning their reputation).
