The crew were very efficient and obviously very skilled as the final result looked wonderful. There was significant damage to the wood under the old shingles. This was explained to us by the foreman and taken care of by replacing any damaged underlying plywood sheets. I was made aware of the price increase and approved it ahead of any old sheets being removed.
