            1. They have customers sign a pledge to write them five-star reviews before starting work. 2. They present a super high-pressure, high-stakes sale pitch where anything other than a decision to sign with them IMMEDIATELY costs you more money. 3. The price went up substantially during the job for an issue that I thought was included in the original estimate, but apparently was not. 4. My complaints were met with outright hostility (I was shouted at for questioning their reputation).

            Before contacting home evolution, we had another contractor come out and take a look at our roof. The contractor started to talk price even before checking the roof to see what was wrong with it, he gave us a price for a complete roof replacement and left. I called home evolution, Igor inspected the roof only to point out that a repair job was needed. He showed us a couple of shingles needed to be replaced along with the old ridge vent.             Alex came out to inspect the roof, actually climbed up on the roof, took a video and pictures to show us the damages. We had a leak above the kitchen, thought it might have been the step flashing, was actually the shingles were pretty damaged leaving a good amount of area for water to seep through to the plywood. We had a good amount of rotted plywood, the guys at home evolution came out and did an amazing job replacing the decking along with replacing all the shingles, couldn't be happier. Call...Read more

            Home evolution is an extremely professional company. When our roof started leaking, we called and received 4 separate quotes. Home Evolution provided the most through explanation of the job that needed to be done. They were able to show us a video of our roof and the areas that needed to be fixed. Since our roof was older, we decided to do an entire roof replacement.             These guys are amazing. We bought our house in September only to be told by our lovely insurance company a month later that if we didn't replace the roof, they would be terminating our coverage. They gave us 30 days to get it all done. Igor came out to our house, gave us his presentation and quote and promised us that they would get our roof done by our required deadline.
