We returned home from a vacation trip to discover that a rainstorm leaked water into our house from a roof leak. Home Exteriors of Michigan inspected and discovered the source of the leak along with other indications that required a roof replacement. We contracted with them to replace some of of the wood and all of the roofing material as well as improve the ventilation in the attic.
