Very friendly and professional. Our installer, Chad, was respectful and quiet. I felt comfortable staying home while he was working or leaving if I needed to. Our salesman Kevin was very personable. Then they had a quality inspector, Josh come out and he was very helpful in looking over how things were going for us. I LOVE my new soaker tub. Everything is beautiful and well done.
