Chad the installer was great, very professional & knowledgeable. He rates 5 stars for the work. The problem was the base of the shower didn't fit the available space. I reached out to the sales rep. via text and gave a 3 star post install on the survey. At the time I wrote this review, neither the sales rep, an office rep or manager has contacted me concerning this matter. The lack of communication is what prompted the 3 star rating.
