If our tub to shower conversion had only gone as planned and discussed with Kevin Elsbury, the sales representative, we would have happily given Home Pro Of West Michigan a higher rating but, unfortunately, it didn’t happen. On a scale of 1-5, Home Pro rates a 3 based on our own personal experience. While the work was good for the most part, there was a definite lack of communication which caused the need to have work redone to make it the way it was intended to be.
