In June 2025 Todd & his crew were fast, efficient, & easy to work with. However, 5 months have passed since the work was done & the company was paid & still no gift card as promised (to myself for being a Veteran & the person that referred me). I had a terrible experience with the first crew. Poor quality work. Did vast amounts of damage to my log home’s ventilation system. Flashing was awful. Damaged pine trim. Shingles were all over the place. Crew did not measure anything. This was a very complicated roof. They spent 2 days and then the supervisor shut the project down and from what I understand fired the crew. I was very upset and disappointed.
