I decided to contract out Home Roofing Solutions (HRS ) based on the number of positive reviews and recommendations. I also had contacted a number of contractors and never received any follow ups on estimates . HRS estimate was also several thousands dollars less than a leading competitor and was more in line with what I was expecting. This company was professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have roof work done on your home.
Very prompt initial estimate and very responsive to phone enquirers. Installation went smoothly with a professional, experienced team. No hidden additional charges. Some communication challenges with installation date, but the issue was promptly dealt with and HRS pulled out all the stops in order to deliver on time. I would use HRS again.
Update 8/14/24 HRS sent a young man Bryce over to correct the problems below. He was a very professional guy and did a great job. I have updated my rating now to 5 stars. Thank you HRS.
Overall I'm pleased with the job done. There is concern about a bathroom vent being covered over and I asked the foreman about it. He basically brushed me off and tried to tell me that it didn't vent out through the roof which is not true. I also have ceiling damage inside my home from the crews dropping the asp... Read more
