Horrible experience. I feel sorry for anyone that is considering buying their new spec home they built next to me in Clearbrooke Estates. I wouldn't even waste my time stopping and looking at that house. If you want to see something they do, there has been truck loads of dirt sitting in front of one of their houses for over two months that they closed on last year. I feel for them folks who never got a finished product up front when they settled on a house.
