I got a written quote for 4 windows from them and was initially going to sign without getting other quotes. When I requested the paperwork to sign, the amount was almost 2k more that what was on the written quote. I think it was a mistake, but it soured me on the entire process and now I'm getting other quotes before I decide. The owner responded right away to my email to them and they honored the quote. They have the best prices that I’ve seen.

Mr Xia , Thank you for your review . We are happy that you like your new doors . The reason for not using the lift are electric wires and trees that are in the way . This is simply safety protocol for our workers not use lift in this scenario. Instead , we used special excess fee that’s equal to lift charge Your door was ion4th floor and we had to cary all in stairs . This and special install fee was factors in the quote instead of lift I had that conversation with you at the time of final measure Enjoy your new door !
