We recently had all the windows in our 1920s English Tudor replaced with Sierra Pacific H-3 double hung and casement. We had 3 quotes, 1 from Renewal by Anderson, 1 from Next Windows & Doors, and Harris Exteriors. Dave from Harris was by far the most pleasant and ‘no pressure’ salesperson to come out. Homebuild was responsive, competitive, and capable. They took the time to hear our priorities when drafting a proposal and were very communicative with us and our HOA up thru execution. They showed up on time when they said they would and the work got done as promised. We tested the siding, doors, and windows with a hose and found no leaks. Everyone who came into our home was clean, honest, and professional. These guys deserve your business, and they’ll be getting mine again next year.
