I wanted to give them a positive review, but our latest experience has left a sour note. We used them last year to replace the roof on the house we purchased. To my knowledge they did a solid job and the roof looks good. We removed our tanked water heater for a tankless shortly after, and noticed a few weeks ago that there was small water mark on the ceiling where a patch was under the old water heater plume. I have had a pleasure working with Derek M as a salesmen for our roofing issues, he was very professional and polite and figured out the problem in a timely manner. Dylan M was the service tech that came and fixed the issue, he was also very polite and knowledgeable with the issue that had occured. They both did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company.
