      This is the second time we have had H & S do a roof replacement for us and we are thrilled with the roof and the service! Derek came and inspected our roof due to hail damage in our neighborhood.       After getting a total of five estimates for having my gutters replaced, I went with H & S. Three things stood out and these things were the reason I chose them: 1. I dealt primarily with Jim Strahan. He was no-pressure and very responsive to questions or concerns. He did not rush through things and really spent time explaining options, whereas other companies seemed to want to rush through the consult to move on to the next one. 2.
