They showed up and we're extremely knowledgeable. We were impressed with his understanding of our roofline and where and how rain collected and flowed down through our gutter system. More importantly, he understood where and why we were having issues. We got our quote, reasonably priced and the right solution, and then complete darkness. We reached out again, nothing.
