I was concerned about a few spots that I thought could be leaks. H & S had a wait time (because they are so popular) until they could send someone out to check. They said they would call if there was a cancellation, and sure enough, they did! Billy came out. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He was able to quickly assess two areas as being unrelated to roof leaks. He comprehensively investigated the third area, going up into the attic, and then outside on the roof.
