      I was concerned about a few spots that I thought could be leaks. H & S had a wait time (because they are so popular) until they could send someone out to check. They said they would call if there was a cancellation, and sure enough, they did! Billy came out. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He was able to quickly assess two areas as being unrelated to roof leaks. He comprehensively investigated the third area, going up into the attic, and then outside on the roof.       Called me back months later demanding money because they forgot to charge sales tax. Lied and said they had emailed about this. Good work on the gutters, but terrible business practices and zero stars on customer service, AVOID.

      I had a few work items that needed to be revisited and I believe that everything will be resolved without issue. I still give 5 stars to this company because of the level of communication and respect. April, Larry and Craig have been honest, punctual and they took the time to listen. We have dealt with many contractors for many projects and they are one of the few that show up on time and are easy to reach when needed.
