    Always good to know about professionals who can help when a problem arises. I would like to recognize Craig Farlow for going above and beyond the call of duty. I contacted your office about a leak in my roof near the chimney that happened just a few days ago. It was near where repairs by H&S had occurred 6 months earlier.     I wish I would have checked these reviews before I had anything to do with H&S. We have had horrible service from them, including below standard work. We paid in full (promptly) for 2 repairs. Both exact same areas have started leaking again with in 6 months. They do not stand by their work and are nearly impossible to reach. When my drapes collapsed because of wet sheetrock (on JUNE 6) in the first area that they supposedly repaired, they came out the next day and found "another" problem. Since... Read more
