Took 6 1/2 weeks from contract signing to get a crew on my roof. The sales rep told me I had to pay the full amount up front. That is not in my DNA, but I had used this company previously and was comfortable with doing that. My check cleared two business days later and I could not get anyone to give me a schedule for the start date. I found the company quick to respond to provide me an estimate. Once I was placed on the schedule the team came out and completed my roof repair quickly and professionally. Since then we have had several heavy rains and I have not seen any more leaks over my poatch area that was repaired! I thought the price was reasonable.
