The staff was friendly and professional during the roof replacement, and the process itself went smoothly. Unfortunately, after the installation, I experienced a mice issue for the first time after several years in the home. Gaps were identified in areas related to the roof work, but I was advised that the problem was not the company’s responsibility. Overall, the service was courteous, but follow-up support for concerns after installation was lacking.
I received a letter in the mail about a free roof inspection. I Figured why not check it out. I dealt with Thomas Morgan . He made this process so easy between the roof inspection , getting in touch with insurance company, and having the roof replaced. It was the best experience I have ever had with somebody coming to work on my house . They were professional on time diligent about getting information to you . I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a roofing company.
