IBC Roofing did such an incredible job installing my new roof. The amount of care was above and beyond. They draped netting from the facia to the ground including shrubbery. Then tarps were laid on the ground all the way around. The work was finished in one day. The cleanup was so meticulous. They took extra measures with magnetic devices to pick up nails. Great experience - Ray McDade was project manager and he could not have been better! Helped me in choosing shingles and color, handled all insurance company coordination, and kept me informed of every step along the way. Company is approved for Fortified roofs as well for more peace of mind during storms and a lower wind & hail premium. I couldn't believe it when the crew only took one day to remove old, install new, and clean everything up- really amazing. Would definitely recommend.
I had an excellent experience working with Molly Fallon on my roof replacement. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and always kept me in the loop.
