Their salespeople and service techs are punctual and knowledgable. However, they suggested I hire a structural engineer in order to assess a roofing issue, which turned out to be a rafter issue. Our 100+ year old house has a mixture of new and old rafters that causes the appearance of the roof to be unconventional and uneven. Previous owners used this company to redo the roof. Have a roof leak with evidence it is active and long standing. They showed up (slightly out of warranty) which was great, but they didn't even climb on the roof to check. Blamed the chimney and bounced. Chimneys fixed. Siding fixed. Leak is still active. Probably wouldn't hire them for any jobs based on this.
