We lost shingles in a storm and called Impriano (they had installed the roof 27 years ago) to see about doing a repair. Kevin came out and advised that he was pretty sure the shingles were discontinued. A couple hours later he confirmed the shingle status and recommended contacting insurance to start a claim.
