I informed the company during scheduling, that a long ladder was needed to access my roof. Needless to say the rep arrived without a ladder and could not access my roof. I regret choosing Impriano. My roofing project did not go smoothly, suffering from bad weather, poor workmanship, and a lack of communication. Months later, I am still picking up nails and pieces of metal and shingles. Jack I. texted me a prompt to complete a review.

I called to get a quote for a roof repair/replace but they said they needed $325 fee to come out and give me a quote. The $325 would go against the repair if I decided to go with them. Never heard of a roofer or any contractor asking for upfront money just for a quote

Complete failure: Impriano lied about what they said they were going to do; they created bigger problems, and had to get another roofing company to fix their substandard work, and it was such an easy repair to begin with. They know little to nothing about leak prevention. Glad I found the right roofers to fix everything. I would never recommend Impriano. I would not even give them 1 star if I could.

We contracted Impriano to redo the siding on our garage. They did a fantastic job. Price was great, workmanship was great and they cleaned up after the job. I would recommend this company without reservation.
