Learn MoreNorthwood Drive Sand Dune Reroof with Decking and Rafter Change Order
Project Description
The Northwood Drive homeowners worked with Indy Roof & Restoration on an American Family insurance project limited to the house roof and gutters. After adjuster review and mortgage-company coordination, the team finalized color selections and released the work to production. The homeowners selected Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration FLEX shingles in Sand Dune with matching ProEdge FLEX hip and ridge shingles. WeatherLock Flex ice-and-water protection, RhinoRoof UDL, Starter Strip Plus and VentSure ridge ventilation completed the specified roofing package, with Royal Brown drip edge and gutter apron.
Tear-off on June 2, 2025 exposed rot and delamination that expanded the decking work. A construction change order covered 50 OSB sheets and sistering six 2-by-6 rafters. The completed roof included 220 linear feet of hip and ridge. The pipe-flashing specification used the pipes’ inside dimensions: three 3-inch boots and one 2-inch boot.
During tear-off, the production manager found insulation obstructing much of the soffit area and widely spaced, narrow vent openings. The homeowners chose a separate contractor to reposition vents, clear insulation around them and add attic chutes while keeping the existing exterior appearance. Indy Roof & Restoration coordinated the gutter phase with that contractor’s work. The six-inch Wilco Norwegian Wood gutter installation was completed July 21, covering 268 linear feet and seven 3-by-4-inch downspouts.
After construction, Indy Roof & Restoration submitted the decking, rafter and starter additions to American Family for review. The carrier released the remaining depreciation to the homeowners. The homeowners confirmed receiving that check in August.

Topp Creek Drive Emergency Tarp and Localized Shingle Repair
Project Description
Holes at the edges and ridge of a Topp Creek Drive roof required prompt attention, and the homeowner worked with a pest-control company to remove a raccoon. Indy Roof & Restoration coordinated the roofing response around that separate work. Once the extermination company finished, the homeowner reported that metal plates covered the openings but were not watertight. The roofing crew was then given access to document those plates and install temporary tarps on March 25, 2025.
The homeowner chose a localized repair. The April production order called for replacing damaged shingles and ridge cap, using Owens Corning Supreme AR shingles in Driftwood. It also directed the crew to check for rotten OSB near the ridge. Black Lomanco Val-U-Ridge pieces, end plugs and two OSB sheets were staged as contingencies, with the project manager required to approve any decking or ridge-vent work beyond the shingle and ridge-cap repair.
The localized shingle and ridge-cap repair was completed on April 10, 2025. Temporary protection and the subsequent repair formed one customer-paid project.

Hi, Brock. Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review.

Thank you very much for your review. Hope to see you again!

Hi, Andrew. Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you had a great experience.

We have been creating five-star experiences since 2018 and have built a team that takes the stress out of roofing and home restoration. With over 1,500 five-star Google reviews and a consistent A+ BBB rating, our reputation speaks for itself, but what we are most proud of is how we treat people when things go wrong. We are available 24/7, we offer financing for eligible clients, and we assist homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish. One of our customers had a roof replacement approved through insurance after other contractors said it could not be done, and that is exactly the kind of advocacy we bring to every job.
Yes, navigating a storm damage claim is one of the things we do best. When hail, wind, or rain damages your roof, we conduct a thorough inspection with photo documentation so you have a clear record of everything that was affected. We assist you through the entire claims process, working directly with your insurance company to make sure all damage is properly reported and covered. Homeowners across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and the surrounding Indiana communities have relied on us to get approvals that other contractors could not secure.
Yes, and this is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart. Beyond residential roofing, commercial roofing, and gutter installation and repair, we also offer vinyl siding installation, James Hardie siding installation, window replacement, skylight installation, attic insulation, interior and exterior painting, and water and fire restoration services. We even provide mold removal for homes affected by water damage. Whether your home needs one service or a full restoration after a major event, we handle it all under one roof so you are never managing multiple contractors or wondering who is responsible for what.
It starts with a free inspection. We come out, assess the condition of your roof, take photos, and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair or full replacement makes more sense for your situation. If insurance is involved, we help you through that process as well. Once you decide to move forward, we work with you on scheduling, material selection, and financing if needed, and we keep you informed at every stage. Our goal is to make a stressful situation feel manageable, not more complicated.
Yes, community involvement is a core part of who we are, not just a line on a website. We proudly support Fountains of Hope, which works to provide clean drinking water in third-world nations, and Habitat for Humanity, where we provide free roofing for homes being built or renovated for families in need. For us, being a good roofing company means being a good neighbor, and the work we do in the Indianapolis community and beyond is a reflection of the values we bring to every project we take on.
