Brendonridge Road Brilliant Black Reroof Followed by Tree-Damage Repair and Copper Gutters


Project Description


Two completed jobs at this Indianapolis house appear under the same Brendonridge Road project identity. The first began with a roof-repair inquiry in October 2024 and an Allstate claim for a worn organic-shingle roof with reported damage to vents and gutters. Indy Roof & Restoration arranged measurements, shingle samples and printed contract assistance for the homeowner. The resulting full-house reroof was completed in December 2024, supported by completion notices.


The final roof order specifies Malarkey Highlander NEX AR shingles and RidgeFlex caps in Brilliant Black, with Arctic Seal, RhinoRoof UDL and Smart Start. Eleven Black Lomanco static vents, Black edge and flashing metals, pipe boots and electrical-mast flashing accompany the assembly. Labor records identify 325 linear feet of hip and ridge, 18 linear feet of step flashing, five linear feet of wall flashing and large-chimney flashing. Gutters were retained during the original reroof. The material allowance included five OSB sheets.


Post-production construction review identified three-layer tear-off, 156 linear feet of one-by-six decking work and an additional disposal load.


A separate 2025 claim followed tree damage to shingles and the copper drainage system. The copper bid went through carrier review. Allstate subsequently approved tree-debris removal, a dump truck and the copper gutter/downspout bid, increasing its recorded scope.


The September repair order records replacement of an approximately 12-by-12-inch OSB section at the tarped area, with Brilliant Black shingles and ridge caps replaced as needed. That order was completed September 8, and the copper gutter order records September 9 completion for 313 linear feet of gutters and seven downspouts. Indy Roof & Restoration sent a completion certificate to seek depreciation release and later followed up with the adjuster.

2025 claim: Tree-damage repair and copper drainage; revised carrier scope after approved changes.


September construction: Small OSB patch and shingle/ridge repair completed September 8; 313 linear feet copper gutters and seven downspouts completed September 9.


Claim closeout: Depreciation release requested from the adjuster.

Patton Drive Retail Black Oak Reroof with Planned Redeck and Black Gutters in Speedway


Project Description


The Patton Drive homeowner sought help with roof damage. Indy supplied comparison photographs, an estimate and additional damage documentation, and the file entered appraisal with Spartan Claims. The owner signed a retail contract for the house roof, planned redeck, gutters and downspouts.


The final roofing selection was Black Oak Malarkey Highlander NEX AR with matching RidgeFlex caps. Arctic Seal, RhinoRoof UDL and Smart Start formed the roofing package, alongside VentSure ridge ventilation, a Black static vent, Black edge and flashing metals, and plastic and lead pipe flashings. Labor included 92 linear feet of hip and ridge, 54 linear feet of step flashing, five linear feet of wall flashing, satellite-dish detachment and reset, and two-story access. The completed roof order records February 11, 2025.


This was a planned redeck, and production explicitly instructed the crew to replace all decking. The completed labor order carries 78 OSB installation units. During tear-off, Indy obtained and posted the Speedway permit and contacted the inspector.


Black six-inch gutters and Black downspouts followed the roofing work. The completed February 14 gutter order specifies 99 linear feet on the first story and 53 on the second, with five first-story downspouts and two upper-to-lower-story downspouts.


The project moved through completion.
