One of the few times I have seen a company live up to their rating. I had an inspection on a house I was going to buy and the inspector told me that the roof still had 5 years left. I wasn't convinced so I call these guys. They did a roof inspection and determined that the roof was practically leaving on borrowed life. I was able to use this for negotiation. I would recommend this company

Jimmy with Indy roof company came out to take a look at my roof because some of my neighbors were getting their roofs replaced. I had a few shingles coming off at the front. Jimmy called me the next day and said that I did not need my roof replaced and then sent me the name of the type of shingle that I needed to replace just a few shingles that I had coming off at the front of my house.
