Learn MoreQuetico Drive Silverwood Reroof with Chimney Panel Siding, Guards and a Decking Supplement
Project Description
A kitchen leak and water-damaged ceiling led the Quetico Drive homeowner in Indianapolis to investigate the roof before repairing the interior. Indy Roof & Restoration helped coordinate shingle identification and ITEL documentation for the American Family claim. Saved correspondence records a contractor-supplied report identifying the existing five-inch-reveal shingle as discontinued. The project subsequently proceeded as a house reroof with separate retail chimney repairs and new gutter guards.
The May 19, 2025 completed roof order used Malarkey Highlander NEX AR shingles and RidgeFlex caps in Silverwood. Arctic Seal, RhinoRoof UDL and Smart Start accompanied VentSure ridge ventilation, Black edge metal and pipe flashings. The labor scope included 90 linear feet of hip and ridge, 42 linear feet of step flashing, 11 linear feet of wall flashing and a large chimney-flashing installation. Trim was detached and reset to provide access for the roof-to-wall flashing work.
Tear-off exposed rot requiring ten OSB sheets, and the homeowner signed a decking and 55-linear-foot trim change order. The chimney phase followed separately. Its completed July 3 order covered all four chimney sides with 14 LP SmartSide grooved engineered-wood panels, installation and painting, new housewrap and trim detach/reset. A later chimney change-order material list also identified OSB, RealTrim and cedar framing components; those quantities are kept distinct from the ten-sheet roof decking supplement.
The existing gutters received 163 linear feet of five-inch Gutter RX guards in Dark Bronze under the completed May 27 guard order.
Pre-production approval added wall flashing, gutter-guard detach/reset and overhead and profit on the carrier's interior allowance, increasing the scope. The carrier later approved the ten OSB sheets, further increasing the scope. Saved supplement correspondence explicitly confirms release of the remaining depreciation and supplement funds. That insurance approval is distinct from the owner's retail chimney repair and new-guard commitments.

Amanda Court Charcoal Gray Reroof and Tuxedo Gray Partial Gutters with USAA Claim Coordination
Project Description
The Amanda Court restoration in Brownsburg combined a house reroof with selected gutter runs under a USAA insurance claim. Indy Roof & Restoration obtained pitch-gauge photographs before finalizing the roof order and confirmed gutter locations separately. The homeowner's final selections were in place before scheduling.
The roof was completed on May 23, 2025 with IKO Cambridge AR shingles in Charcoal Gray and Hip and Ridge 12 caps labeled Charcoal Gray/Summit Gray. Tarco LeakBarrier MS300, ABC Pro Guard 20 and Leading Edge Plus accompanied ten Black static vents and Black edge metal. The roof scope included 113 linear feet of hip and ridge, 25 linear feet of step flashing, 33 linear feet of wall flashing and two chimney-flashing locations. A separate completed May 27 gutter order installed 60 linear feet of six-inch Tuxedo Gray gutters, following an earlier approximate 57-foot estimate.
Pre-production supplement review approved double felt on the low slope, ice-and-water protection in valleys, a furnace cap and drip edge on the rakes. The carrier scope increased including paid-when-incurred items.
After construction, Indy sent final photographs and the certificate to USAA. The carrier explicitly confirmed release of depreciation and code funds for completed items. No construction change orders were recorded for the Amanda Court work.

Hi, Brock. Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review.

Thank you very much for your review. Hope to see you again!

Hi, Andrew. Thanks for your review. Glad to hear you had a great experience.

We have been creating five-star experiences since 2018 and have built a team that takes the stress out of roofing and home restoration. With over 1,500 five-star Google reviews and a consistent A+ BBB rating, our reputation speaks for itself, but what we are most proud of is how we treat people when things go wrong. We are available 24/7, we offer financing for eligible clients, and we assist homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish. One of our customers had a roof replacement approved through insurance after other contractors said it could not be done, and that is exactly the kind of advocacy we bring to every job.
Yes, navigating a storm damage claim is one of the things we do best. When hail, wind, or rain damages your roof, we conduct a thorough inspection with photo documentation so you have a clear record of everything that was affected. We assist you through the entire claims process, working directly with your insurance company to make sure all damage is properly reported and covered. Homeowners across Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, and the surrounding Indiana communities have relied on us to get approvals that other contractors could not secure.
Yes, and this is one of the things that genuinely sets us apart. Beyond residential roofing, commercial roofing, and gutter installation and repair, we also offer vinyl siding installation, James Hardie siding installation, window replacement, skylight installation, attic insulation, interior and exterior painting, and water and fire restoration services. We even provide mold removal for homes affected by water damage. Whether your home needs one service or a full restoration after a major event, we handle it all under one roof so you are never managing multiple contractors or wondering who is responsible for what.
It starts with a free inspection. We come out, assess the condition of your roof, take photos, and give you an honest recommendation on whether repair or full replacement makes more sense for your situation. If insurance is involved, we help you through that process as well. Once you decide to move forward, we work with you on scheduling, material selection, and financing if needed, and we keep you informed at every stage. Our goal is to make a stressful situation feel manageable, not more complicated.
Yes, community involvement is a core part of who we are, not just a line on a website. We proudly support Fountains of Hope, which works to provide clean drinking water in third-world nations, and Habitat for Humanity, where we provide free roofing for homes being built or renovated for families in need. For us, being a good roofing company means being a good neighbor, and the work we do in the Indianapolis community and beyond is a reflection of the values we bring to every project we take on.
